STEAK WITH ONIONS AND GRAVY

 

*INGREDIENTS

°sea salt

°5 tablespoons of Solo

°1 tablespoon of honey or sugar

°4 steaks of 100 g

°4 large onions

°pepper

*PREPERATION

Clean the onions and cut them into rings.

Heat 2 tablespoons of Solo in a pan and add the onions and honey. Increase the heat and caramelize the onions until brown. Stir constantly.

Heat the rest of the Solo in a second skillet, wait until the big bubbles have disappeared and lay the steaks on it. Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper to taste and brown for about 3 minutes on each side. Add the onions to the meat, then 2 tablespoons of water or broth. Serve the steaks with caramelized onions directly on a preheated plate.
