I have listed all the ingredients and directions so you just have to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Ingredients:

1 lb. Russet baking potatoes
Salt and pepper
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

 

Directions:

1. Peel each potato, then grate it into thin pieces.

2. Place the grated potatoes onto a cloth, then squeeze to remove most of the liquid content. Make sure to squeeze them in batches.

3. Place a large frying pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.

4. Add 3 tbsp of oil and allow it to become hot.

5. Add the grated potatoes and spread them evenly. Use a spatula to flatten it out. Cook each side for a few minutes until it turns golden brown. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
