Yield: 8 Servings

I watched this episode where John Legend was cooking Mac and Cheese. It was so good that I made a recipe out of it! Here you go, friends. Enjoy this spectacular recipe from a spectacular artist! Feel free to add more ingredients if you wish. Enjoy!

2 large Eggs
1/3 c of skim milk
3 c of Elbow Macaroni
4 tbsp of unsalted butter
½ tsp of seasoned salt
2 cans of evaporated milk
1 package of Monetary jack cheese
2 packages of extra sharp cheddar cheese
Paprika for sprinkling
Freshly grounded pepper
Coarse salt

1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.

2. Add 4 tbsp of butter into a baking dish and spread it evenly.

3. Place a large pot with a bit of salted water on the stove and turn the heat to high. Allow the water to boil.

4. Add the 3 cups of elbow macaroni and cook until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.

5. Add butter into the drained macaroni and toss until well coated. Set aside.

6. In a mixing bowl, add the eggs, evaporated milk, and skimmed milk. Stir until well mixed.

7. Add 1/2 tsp of seasoned salt, salt, and garlic powder. Stir until well blended.

8. Add all the cheeses and stir again until well blended.

9. Add about 1/3 of the macaroni mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

10. Add 1/3 of the cheese mixture on top of the macaroni layer. Repeat the process until everything is arranged in layers.

11. Pour the milk mixture over the cheese and spread it evenly. Sprinkle paprika on top.

12. Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until done.

13. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely at room temperature.

14. Serve warm and enjoy!
