BUTTER SWIM BISCUITS

*ingredients :

°2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

°2 cups of milk

°1 piece butter

°4 teaspoons baking powder

°4 tsp sugar

°2 tsp salt

* Methods  :

1) Preheat oven 450 degrees. 

2) Mix all the dried ingredients in a bowl.

3) Next, adding curd & mix all ingredients together to moist dough forms.

4) Melting butter in microwave, bowl-safe, also pour it to an 8*8 or 9*9 baking dish (making sure pan isn't too little or shallow so butter doesn't drip from pan when baking).  

5) Putting dough on melt butter use spoon to distribute it equally on its sides.

6) Cut the unbaked dough (it should be swimming in butter at this point) into 9 equal squares.

7) Baking for 20-25 min or to golden brown.
