Beef Enchiladas

 

*Ingredients :

°2 p.

Tortilla (corn)

°1/2 p.

Red bell pepper

°50 g

Tomato (flesh)

°1 p.

Beef (minced steak)

°1 tbsp

Clotted cream

°20 g

Cheddar (grated)

°1/2 p.

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200 °. Cutting peppers to little cubes.

Chop the onions.

Step 3

Cook the onions and peppers for 5 minutes in a hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat, covered.

Step 4

Add the ground beef to the pan, 1/3 of the tomato flesh (optional: add tabasco) and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Step 5

Garnish each tortilla with crème fraîche, from the pan, roll them up and place them in a baking dish

Step 6

Cover with tomato and cheddar meat and bake for 15 minutes. It's ready !
