Layer of potatoes and meatballs

 

*Ingredients :

°600 grams of potatoes

°300 grams minced meat

°1 egg

°1 c. flour spoon

°2 cloves of garlic

°1 cube chicken broth

° grated cheese

° chopped parsley

° Red pepper

° salt

° pepper

* Preparation :

Peel the potatoes first, then boil them in a pot of salted water for 20 minutes.

At the end of this period, drain it before cutting it into thin slices.

Heat the oven to 180°C. Dilute the chicken stock cube in the boiling water.

Peeled & chop garlic clove. Put the minced meat in a salad bowl. & adding chop parsley, chop garlic, paprika, eggs also 1 tsp flour.

Knead by hand to blend the flavors well. Then form small meatballs.

Grease the baking tray with a little oil or butter. Put layers of potato slices.

Arrange the meatballs on the potatoes. Then sprinkle with grated cheese. Pour the chicken broth into the dish. Season with salt and pepper.

Cover the gratin dish with aluminum foil. Bake for 35 minutes.

Serve the potatoes and meatballs hot.
