These Lumpia rolls are amazing! I can eat this all day. It is perfect to eat without any dipping sauce but if you like you can use hot sauce but the perfect dipping sauce for this is flavored vinegar. Combine vinegar, sugar, garlic, pepper, salt, and chopped onions. Stir it well you have yourself the best dipping sauce. Enjoy!

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound ground pork
2 cloves garlic, crushed
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup minced carrot
½ cup chopped green onions
½ cup thinly sliced green cabbage
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon soy sauce
30 eaches lumpia wrappers
2 cups vegetable oil for frying

Step 1: Place a large skillet or wok on the stove and turn the heat to high.

Step 2: Drizzle 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and allow it to heat through.

Step 3: Add in ground pork and cook until slightly brown.

Step 4: Remove the cooked pork then set aside.

Step 5: Remove the excess oil from the pan. Add in garlic and onion and cook for 2 minutes or until garlic is aromatic and onion is translucent.

Step 6: Put the pork back as well as the carrots, cabbage, and green onions. Season with garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool at room temperature.

Step 7: Place about 3 tablespoons of the pork mixture into each wrapper. Leave 1/2-inch space on both sides. Fold the wrapper and tuck in both sides and roll until fully closed. Brush a little water on the end to seal the wrapper. Cover the lumpia with plastic wrap.

Step 8: Place a deep skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium. Pour in enough oil to submerge the lumpia.

Step 9: Add in 3 to 4 lumpia at a time and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the color turns golden brown.

Step 10: Plae the cooked lumpia on a plate lined with paper towels to drain the excess oil.

Step 11: Serve hot and enjoy!
