  How To Make Funnel Cake:  In a large deep skillet filled half way with vegetable oil and heated to 375 degrees. I used : 2 eggs 1 cup milk 1 cup water 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup of granulated sugar and 3 cups of self rising flour Directions: Whisked till smooth and took a funnel holding my finger over the hole and ladled mixture into it then holding it several inches above the oil made circular motions until funnel was empty. It only took around a minute of cooking and I used tongs to flip it. Removed and placed on paper towels then sprinkled powdered sugar over it. Enjoy.

INGREDIENTS : 10 slices sandwich bread 3 Bananas sliced thinly 3-4 tbsp Butter 1 tbsp Sugar 2 Eggs 3 tbsp Milk 1/3 cup sugar 1/2 – 1 tsp Cinnamon powdered sugar DIRECTIONS: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt about 1 – 1/2 tbsp of butter. Add sliced banana and 1 tbsp sugar. Saute until golden. In a bowl combine the remaining sugar with cinnamon and set aside. In another bowl beat eggs with milk and set aside. Remove the bread crust, and flatten the slices with a rolling pin. Spread about 1-2 teaspoons of the banana mixture along one edge of the bread. Brush the other side with the prepared egg wash. Gently but tightly roll up the bread around the banana mixture and seal to make a roll. Continue with the remaining bread. Melt about 1 tbsp of butter in a pan. Coat the rolls in the egg mixture and place seam side down. Cook 3-4 rolls at a time. When browned, turn a quarter turn and continue until all sides are cooked and browned nicely. Ingredients : 1 Lb Shrimp 1/2 Cup of Hennesy 1/2 Stick Butter 1 Tbs Cajun Seasoning 2 Tbs Brown Swerve or Brown Sugar Substitute 1 /2 Tbs Minced Garlic 1/2 Tbs Red Pepper Flakes 1 Tsp Onion Powder White Pepper To taste (Black pepper works as well) Parsley Directions : Once you have shrimp cleaned and deveined season with white pepper, onion powder and cajun seasoning then set aside. On high heat melt butter and add minced garlic. Toss shrimp in pan and cook on both sides until they turn pink for 4-5 minutes Pour Hennesy is pan and continue to toss shrimp. Your pan will begin to smoke. DON’T TRIP….its just the alcohol burning out. Add Brown swerve and crushed red pepper continuing to toss and coat shrimp in your Hennesy sauce as it thickens.   * ingredients : °1 French-shallot, finely chop °250 ml (1 C) butter °500 ml (2 cups) chicken broth °30 ml (2 tsp) lemon-juice °5 ml (1 tsp) honey °4 kg (9 lbs) cooked snow crab legs and claws * Preparation : In  saucepan, sauté shallots in 60 ml (1/4 C) butter. Adding broth, lemon juice also honey. Bring mix to boil also cooking about 2 min . Adding rest 180 ml (3/4 cup) butter & simmer to melt. Adding crab also simmer to totally heated up.   Ingredients 2 can cream of chicken soup 2 can chicken broth (15oz each) 1 stick-butter or margarine 1 lb chicken breasts (fresh or frozen) 1 packages frozen egg noodles (24 oz) I used Reames. Directions In crockpot put chicken on bottom. Pour the chicken broth and soup on top. Then top that with the stick of butter. Put the crockpot on low for 6-7 hours. Take the chicken out and shred. Put back in crockpot. Add the frozen noodles and cook for 2 more hours. (I stir every 30 minutes until done.)
