HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

 

 Ingredients 

° 75 g of sugar (brown or white)

° 185 g flour

° 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

° 75 g of melted butter (bain-marie or microwave)

° 1 egg

° 150 g chocolate chips

STEP 1

Preheat oven 200 ° C (thermostat 6-7).

2ND STEP

In a bowl, sift the flour and sugar. Then make a well and add the melted butter. Mix, when you obtain a shortbread, crumbly dough.

STEP 3

Add the egg. Mix with your hands and form a ball.

STEP 4

If the ball sticks to your fingers, add more flour.

STEP 5

Form medium balls on your baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Add the chocolate chips on your balls and flatten them slightly.

STEP 6

Bake and cook for 15 minutes. Your shortbread should be golden, if this is not the case, return to the oven for 1 minute in the oven.
