If there is one dessert that I could have all the time, it would be cobbler. I REALLY LOVE a warm serving of peach cobbler with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. My granny used to make peach cobbler all the time. And usually when I make it, I used a recipe that required an entire stick of butter! But now, I’ve come across this Weight Watchers Easy Peach Cobbler Recipeand it’s only 4 points per serving! Of course, adding the vanilla ice cream will use up more points. But it’s optional, and honestly not even needed with this delicious recipe. How to make it?   INGREDIENTS 1 Large head of cauliflower 1 c. Heavy whipping cream 3 oz. Cream cheese 1 tsp. Onion powder 1 tsp. Garlic powder 1 c. Cheddar cheese ½ c. Mozzarella cheese ¼ c. Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste INSTRUCTIONS Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cut the head of cauliflower into florets, and steam or boil until they are a crisp tender. This process will take about 5 minutes. Strain the cauliflower completely, and place it into a greased baking dish. Add salt and pepper to taste. In a skillet over medium-high heat add 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, and bring it to a low simmering boil. Whisk in the garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper to taste. Add in 3 ounces of cream cheese. Stir until it is completely incorporated and smooth. Stir in 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Sprinkle in ½ cup of mozzarella cheese.   Ingredients: 2 bags Pepperidge Farm Chessmen Cookies OR 2 bags Vanilla Wafers 6 to 8 bananas, sliced 2 cups milk 1 (5 oz.) box French Vanilla pudding 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 1 (12 oz.) container frozen whipped topping thawed, or equal amount sweetened whipped cream Directions Line the bottom of a 13x9 inch inch dish with 1 bag of cookies and layer bananas on top. In a bowl, combine the milk and pudding mix and blend well using a handheld electric mixer. Using another bowl, combine the cream cheese and condensed milk together and mix until smooth. Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture. Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture and stir until well blended.   Ingredients : 12 raw shrimps (as many as you’d like, I like having a lot in my pasta) 1 serving of pasta (preferably a linguine) 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbs. butter 1/2 c. heavy cream shredded parmesan cheese 1/8 tsp. basil salt and pepper to taste flour (to thicken) cajun seasoning 1/4 c. parsley White wine (not shown) olive oil (not shown) Directions : Heat a saucepan on medium-high heat. Add the butter, a drizzle of olive oil, and a dash of white wine and bring to a boil. Add the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes. Add the shrimps. Next, season the shrimps with the Cajun seasoning., be generous (to your liking)! When the shrimps are pink on one side, flip them and cook for another minute and remove them from the pan, leaving the liquid. Add the heavy cream, basil, parsley, salt and pepper. I love recipes we all grew up with, they are too good to learn.This Watergate salad is an old-fashioned pistachio salad recipe made with pistachio pudding,crushed pineapple, marshmallows, and fresh whipped cream (no cold skin here). Simple and easy! My whole family loves this recipe and I would make it every day if I could ! I love those recipes that we all grew up with, they are just too good to miss out on. What do you usually crave after a crazy night and a lot of alcohol? Today I woke up with a massive headache and a very aggressive belly in search of the perfect food, the best hangover food. Luckily, I remembered the recipe that my friend sent me before I passed out. Kidding, before I went to sleep. I don’t know if it’s just me but every time I want to eat something, regardless of how hungry I am, I wait for that particular food and enjoy every bite of it! You can cook this in less than an hour. I’m telling you, it’s the best! You can add additional ingredients. This is just a default recipe. Feel free to be creative! Ingredients 1lb. ground beef 1 egg 1/3 cup bread crumbs 1/2tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1 clove garlic minced 1tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1tbsp. oil 1 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion 2tbsp. all-purpose flour 1 cup beef broth 1/2tsp. salt How to make it : In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into thick patties. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the patties and onion in the oil until patties are nicely browned. Remove the beef patties to a plate, and keep warm. Ingredients : Enough peanut oil to wet the entire bottom of your pan 2 tbs unsalted sweet cream butter 1 lb Idaho Russet or Red potatoes (I like Reds – but that is just a personal preference) Salted water ½ medium sized sweet onion like Vidalia Salt and Pepper to taste Garnish with paprika and fresh basil Instructions : Place a heavy 9” cast iron skillet over medium heat (just a little more than medium on my electric stove). Pour oil into the skillet and add the butter as well. Allow this to heat until the oil is shimmery on the surface – not smoking – if it starts to smoke, pull it off the heat and let it cool some until it is shimmery again. Cut up the potatoes into pieces that are the same size – chips or cubes – your choice. As you cut, place into 4 cups of water that has 2 Tbs of salt mixed in. Let layers cool, and then split each layer in half so as to have 4 layers. In a large bowl, whip cream cheese until soft, and then gradually mix in confectioners’ sugar.
